The Aeon line of basses are made from Fender licensed parts assembled to my quality standards. To avoid confusion with my proprietary line, Ive created a new line called Aeon, a name that evokes the timelessness of the originals created by Leo Fender.
This bass was used as a demo model and has been returned with very little wear — except for the pickguard, which has been replaced with a 1-ply black glossy version. This is a great instrument at a great price.
Here's what I do with my Aeon basses that make them different from a typical Fender Jazz Bass:
1. Threaded inserts for Neck Screws
2. Individual neck attachment bushings
3. Angled neck heal (no shims required)
4. Rounded fretboard edge
5. Rounded frets
6. Bone nut
7. Threaded inserts for pickups
8. Threaded inserts for pickguard
9. Nordstrand Hum-canceling Jazz Bass pickups
10. Volume, blend, tone configuration
11. Truss rod access channel
12. Copper foiled pickup cavities
13. Copper foiled electronics cavity
14. Hipshot "A" bridge
15. Hipshot Ultralite tuners
Bass with no case: $1399
